Export to Anycubic Photon Workshop doesn't print size I designed

I’m designing so that I can print on my Anycubic Photon Mon X 6K. I design in Shapr3D and export to Anycubic Photon Workshop. Everything seems fine, I applied the slicer and export to print. The print never comes out to the correct size. I’ve tried increasing the size in Photon Workshop, but I don’t think that is necessary. I assume that the print should be the size I create it in Shapr3D. What am I doing wrong? I’m designing on MacBook Pro.

Hi,

Which format are you using? STL doesn’t contain unit information, and most slicers expect mm by default, so if you use another unit while designing, and don’t change it back before exporting it, the size will be off.

It’s recommended ot use the 3MF format instead, since it does contain unit information, so these problems don’t occur.

I’ve been exporting to STL. I also designed in inches. I’ll will put it back into mm and try exporting to 3MF and see what happens.
