I’m trying to simply export a sketch from Shapr3d to a usb drive as I have done many times, but on this occasion I am unable to save in a SVG format. Initially the save file option changed to HTML file when going through the options to save as an SVG, now that has changed to a zip folder. Has anyone encountered this problem?

Have you try:
Menu > File > Export to > SVG
That’s the pathway I’v been trying. Also I am no longer able to export any of my old projects as SVG files even though I have previously done so. They all switch to being saved as either HTML files or zip folders.
Ok so an update, the problem seems to have resolved. Even though the save file is an HTML document type it is still an svg file, and seems to work just fine when uploaded to Shaper Origin. I have no idea why the save type now says HTML document instead of svg, kinda threw me off with that.
