I made a 2d sketch to export as SVG, but Shapr3d gives me error “sketches not valid”

I spent a few weeks drawing a 2d sketch to export as an SVG file for laser cutting and engraving. After I finished, my drawings cannot be exported as SVG. The app gives me an error saying some sketches are invalid. I was able to export as DWG file, but I need SVG. I don’t know what to do anymore.

Fwiw, I just loaded your project and could export it to svg just fine. I first used the default dialog, and then tried it with join segments turned off, and they both worked. In both cases, it created zip files.

Are you using settings other than default?

Thanks for you reply. What I did and didn’t work:
1- selected all and unjoined all intersections. 2- Also, I unlocked all intersections.
3- opened the export menu
4- chose file format SVG

5- chose 96dpi (also tried 72dpi) and 100% resolution
6- tick Join Segments (also tried untick)
7- pressed Next

Got the message: “There are invalid sketches in the model which can’t be exported”

Not sure what’s going on. I’m on a Windows PC, so maybe that’s the difference. If it’s an emergency, I can send you the SVG files I generated.

Would you? I need to send this file to cut.

I really appreciate…
I was trying different options until just now…
Tks so much!

Just sent two zips files. Let me know if you got them, some servers block zips.
