Folder View not showing when last closed

I don’t even know what to call it really.

When you open the program, your shown your recent projects with a image of them.

It should show the last view when you quit. It used to do that but mine is no longer doing that.
For instance, here is the view I left off at.

I dunno, i kinda like the standardized views in the thumbnails. it prevents from weird things happening or the camera getting lost

I like them too, but the view should be where I last left the part before I quit the program.
