Considering the Generative AI feature (which is awesome, by the way), I could see the daily limit seems to reset after 24 rolling hours (meaning if I reach the daily limit at 14h30 some day, I shall wait until 14h31 to do some more). I perfectly understand the daily limit, and I would find it more convenient to have it on a current day basis (meaning I can start to generate new images anytime the next day).
Furthermore, I would sometimes use the feature a few days in a row, then not use it for several weeks if not more. So it’s not a question of overusing the service, but of being able to use the daily limit more conveniently.
However, I would dislike going to a “credit purchase” logic as the generative AI sometimes misses the point (and even adds visual features to my models!).
