Help making a shape

hello,

i’m trying to create the shape in the sketch below: a small ellipse at origin on xy plane and a larger ellipse higher on the z axis also on the xy plane. the ellipse sketches are offset from each other and parallel. i want to keep the ellipse faces of the final object on xy plane but i want the body to be swept along an arc. see sketch below. how do i do this?

Two profiles + 1-2 guide lines and loft
Or one profile + 1 guide line and sweep with scale.
