Hi there,
I’m trying to extrude this circle around the outside edge of the part 360° to create an offset radius of R12. I’m hoping there is an easy solution that I have missed to enable me to do this. Much appreciated!

Hi I’m still new to this software so someone might have a better solution.
I would have thought it would be easier to have drawn half the elevation with the arc already in it then revolve to get the full shape?
however since you already have the main shape, you’ll probably need to draw an circle to show the around the object then sweep your circle around to follow the path.
Revolve tool.
Use the cross section icon to make it easier. Draw your profile and revolve the feature. You can revolve the feature as subtract, new body, add or intersect. You can draw multiple profile and revolve them at the same time.
Magic thank you! I managed to do it your way in 2 minutes ![]()
You can cut internal sections out of a body that cannot be seen this way. Handy for 3D printing stuff… you can save material, add hidden channels, internal channels for o-rings, stuff like that on cylindrical shapes
