I know that when you mouse over bodies in the sketch, it highlights to know what something is. Would it be possible to add that to the items/layers panel? When you mouse over the items in the list it would highlight that body/sketch (similar to what it does when you click on it)? This would make it easier to find an item quickly when you have a LOT of layers.

Would be a really good addition to the software.
