I used to modeling with rhino.
It allowed me to model the round top of that pump with network surface functions.
But I don’t know how to make it with shapr3d.
Please give me any ideas.

Obviously I didn’t trace your image to get a closer replica to what you have but I think you might get the jest of it. I achieved this with subtraction.
There’s a number of options you can explore … lofting, sweep, replace face and so on.
The more you familiarize yourself with Shapr3D, the more options you’ll discover for doodling…
