It is necessary for me to change my e mail address. Not the address used for this forum but used in the app. How is the procedure?

Hi Robin, if you made the subscription purchase via the App Store:

Create a new free license account here on the website:https://account.shapr3d.com/#/signup?ref=shapr3dcom
Log into the app with the new email address(newly created sign up Id) and then restore the subscription to this email address.

Thanks for your advice. It doesn’t work, maybe because of my edu license? I sent an email to the support team, I hope they can fix it.
