Original Account Email Changed, Can't access Shapr3d

Greetings,

The original email address used to sign up for Shapr3D is no longer valid. I can’t login using the last known valid credentials.

I need to move the account to a new email address and gain access again. This was originally an EDU license but has been converted to a paid subscription.

I need a Shapr3d support person to help change the primary email address and ensure I do not lose all the models.

You might want to contact support instead of a forum post. Support in my experience is very good, very quick replies.

I tried but I need to login, which I can’t.

They make it impossible to get through.
