Hi, i’m trying to find an easy way to apply some Holes in a circle.
eg: the lug nuts for a wheel.
What is the best method to achieve this?

This is one way to achieve your objective.
Draw a Circle representing the PCD
Draw a second Circle at point on the first Circle representing the Bolt diameter
Transform > Move/Copy > set this tool centred on the PCD Centre > select the Bolt Circle [highlighted] > select the Copy Icon [+] > use the appropriate Arrow to Rotate e.g. for a 5 Bolt set up, 72º and repeat as required adding 72º each time.
Divide 360º by the number of Bolts required, i.e., 4 will require a movement of 90º.
