Hi! I need to intersect two lines in differents Sketchs and planes with a tangent mode

Not sure what you are trying to achieve. You can add the fillet radii after you creat (extrude) a body. Looks like you are adding the radii in the sketches prior to extruding, hence the need for tangency.

To achieve what you are asking, here is a way. Create a dummy body just for the purpose of making a plan perpendicular and adjacent to the front corner. after sketching lines and making the circle tangent, remove the dummy body.

You can use the edges of the body, for the sweep tool, after the sweep hide the dummy body
