I have stuck with this loft option to achieve „stairs hand Rail” Effect

Don’t get hung up on using Loft.
There are other ways to do this.

But I’m struggling with connection of two parts with curve joined in angle (hope that make sense) photo below is from others sofware imported as step and it doesn’t look wright either
I see your problem.
Here’s a way to do an approximation. I eyeballed the revolved downward angle to more or less match the angle of the lower ramp. It does make for a smooth spiral slope. Maybe others can offer a more accurate approach.
