I open a design I made without it crashing the app I’ve been working on this design for quite a while and would at least want to be able to recover some of the models in it

Please share the design in .shapr file format with us in a support ticket; we’ll check it as soon as possible. Some further information would be helpful:
- The version of Shapr3D you are using as shown under your Settings
- The detailed hardware and software specs of the machine you are using: Find hardware and software specifications

I’ve got exactly the same problem. My model starts to open and then suddenly crashes. Is this model recoverable? If so how?
