Hello, I was designing on my iPad and suddenly application crashed. I have tried to reopen the file and it crashes as soon as I open it. Also tried to restore an old version and it also crashes. Could you please help me? Thanks

- The version of Shapr3D you are using as shown under your Settings

- The Shapr3D design with which you’re experiencing the issue: Instantly export to .shapr format
You can right-click the project on your dashboard and “Save as .shapr”.

Still the same issue, I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Open the app and choose the file it starts loading then crashes the app. I screen recorded etc. I need help asap as my project is due Monday and I’m just adding my finishing touches til it crashed and keeps crashing. I saved the file to shapr3d already… Go to submit file to customer support and I get a , upload took to long error message… Eish! The gods aren’t working with me today… lol
