Continuing the discussion from Help With Logging in on Windows After Purchase on Ipad:

On an iPad you don’t log into the app you simply open it. When you down l load the app from the App Store and purchase it uses your Apple ID and your payment method attached to purchase. So I’ve never had to log in. When I go to my settings on the iPad and click on my subscriptions it shows the app under subscriptions. When I open it on my desktop which is windows I tried my apple info and it doesn’t know who I am?

Hi @RoastYamz , you Shapr3D account and your Apple ID are not necessarily the same. When you purchased on the iPad, you had to create a Shapr3D account. Use that account to sign in on Windows.
