I had similar issue going from iPad Apple purchase to Windows Surface.
If you have a email associated with Shapr (if you received shapr spam you likely have it).
You can login on shapr website and can buy through that process.
To confirm you can download the desktop app and login with that user account and see if all your past project comeback.
