How do I transfer my account and in ipad files to new ipad after I return the old one on the return old for new plan? Thanks.

Hi!

You will have to export your designs, and save them somewhere (best would be your iCloud), then import it to the new iPad. Not an optimal way, we are currently working on Sync feature which would take care of it.
