I recently upgraded my IPad and changed my Apple ID. I let my Shapr3D subscription lapse on my old IPad. Is there a way I can get the designs off the old IPad without upgrading to the pro version on the old IPad again? I have a 2 week free trial available on the old iPad, but I’m scared it will delete my designs or something. Let me know what I should do.
Hi, if you have an active trial subscription on the old iPad simply export the designs and send it to the new device using Airdrop.
Exporting a design does not delete or affect the original design in any way - works more like the “save as” option on PC tools.
