Integrated updates in the software will solve the need to download large files that clog up your downloads folder and hog your machine storage space.
Expected outcomes from this feature:
Please integrate the updates into the software to prevent the web-browser from having to download large (1GB+) files into my downloads folder, where I have to manually launch, and discard the installer. It’s slow, manual, and clumsy for such a sophisticated product.
I would expect an update to pop up, then ask the user to install the update, run the update, and relaunch the software — the same as any modern software platform.
What can’t you achieve without this feature?
As a consulting company, this workflow is painful, slow and extremely manual.
