iPad files corrupting / crashing while opening

With the latest updates, some of the files stored locally on my IPad Pro are getting corrupted and won’t open. I’ve had 3 this week.

In some cases I’ve been able to retrieve part of the designs by opening their last sync on my PC and exporting the content to a new file. Could you please look into this issue?
