Just updated to 26.140.0 - keeps crashing > Download previous version somewhere?

Hello,

I just updated to the new version (Shapr3D-26.140.0.11440.dmg), and when I try to open up a project, the app immediately crashes. The same, if I try to create a new project.

I’ve been using Shapr3D on this exact Mac, for some years now, and I have never experienced this problem.

I just rebooted my system, and it’s the exact same crash.

Model: MacBookAir10,1, BootROM 10151.101.3, proc 8:4:4 processors, 8 GB, SMC Graphics: Apple M1, Apple M1, Built-In
Display: Color LCD, 2560 x 1600 Retina, Main, MirrorOff, Online
Memory Module: LPDDR4, Micron
OS: Sonoma 14.4.1

I really need it to work, like right now :-/ - is it possible to download a previous version?

I don’t have the answer for you but…

Have you tried updating to a least macOS Sonoma 14.8.8 (you are on 14.4.4 March 25 2024). That’s very old and I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s library issue with apps built on newer toolsets. Also, you may have your reasons but macOS Tahoe 26.6 is the latest.
