"Make your designs flow" keeps popping up

Hi,

I just updated Shapr3d after a hiatus. When idle for about 5 seconds, the “make your designs flow” animation pops up, taking me out of my project. This is very frustrating.

Secondly, I also very much dislike having to log in every time, with a browser tab and new shapr instance opening, is there a solution to this?

I’m running on windows 11, microsoft surface.

Please log out and log in to your Shapr3D account, which regularly solves this issue.

If not, please open a support ticket using the link below and send us the following:

  • The version of Shapr3D you are using
  • The detailed hardware and software specs of the device you are using
  • The email address you are using Shapr3D with
  • A screen recording of the problem

Hi,

Did that. It doesn’t pop up anymore when idle, but it does when I try to import an image.
