I can’t seem to find it after a bit of looking, so I am guessing it doesn’t exist.
I would like to have a mirror feature for sketches. Here is an example of how that would come in handy
(this is a feature that fusion360 has already)

It’s not a perfect solution but until sketch mirroring is implemented you could add an axis to the sketch that you want to mirror on. Select the whole sketch like you are going to move it. Select the axis then copy the sketch 180 degrees around the axis.
I use symmetry and equal constraints to ‘mirror’. When I modify one side the other changes. I’m glad a tool is coming soon though.
