I’m a new user, trying to learn the basics of the software. I’m working on the Bracket Model tutorial, and during the 2ns stage where you create another rectangle to sit on top of the base 3d model and you have to set the edges to Tangent together, it doesn’t work properly. In the video, the instructor says to set BOTH the top and the bottom edges Tangent, but when I attempt to do this, it prevents me from completing it, saying “This constraint would conflict with existing ones.” I’m stuck and have no idea what to do.
Upon further reflection, all I had to do was close out the software and re-open it and try again. Idk why it did this, but I guess it fixed the issue.
