Mortise and tenon

I am trying to extrude a mortise and tenon in two pieces of wood.
I hope to see the two pieces of wood with the structures shown on both of them (seperately of course).
But one of the pieces wood has disappeared after I click done.
I followed all the instructions on youtube: Furniture JOINERY Design on the iPad Pro Shapr3D || Woodworking
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong and help me out.

What boolean used ?
If Substract, then Keep body tool enabled
