Noob here - how do I move / resize / delete a hole?

To delete: select the side and the bottom of the hole and tap delete
To transform: select the side of the hole, tap transform, tap move/rotate/scale, use the arrows to change position
To scale(change radius): select the side of the hole, drag or tap on the appearing value

This doesn’t work for me… I am on windows 10.

It has nothing to do with the platform. Select all the faces in order to heal the wound. If still doesn’t work, post a pic with the selected elements, that might help me to understand the problem
