I want to move 1 object about 1800 mm from a point I select (another object) but no clue how todo it will end up being a desktop u can see in the following screenshot thanks For your help as u can see I am absolutely beginner

I saw your post during my coffee break, you should try the translate tool.
Thanks for the fast response PEC will try it out as son my pencil loaded
