New to modeling, need help to finish design

I am designing a clamshell and having issues with center alignment and everything that attaches to it.
Two halfs making them dimensionally equal
I have all these sketches some are irrelevant to my actual model
It looks good, but I cant send out for a build as the measurements are not precise as they need to be

New user can only do one pic, The top brackets have to be in line on the larger through hole
