Numbers and/or letters not printable in Bambu Studio

Hello together,

I designed some Tray for PnP and added some Numbers and Letters in Shapr3D. However, when I import the project via *.3mf in Bambu Studio, it won’t print the numbers. It shows them in the preview, but as soon as I slice everything, they simply disappear. I also extruded them with insane hights or similar aspects, but it just does not work. It drives me crazy! Can somebody help? Would be very grateful.

Hi @smogpaster,

The thickness of the letters may be smaller than the diameter of your printer’s nozzle, so it cannot print those small details. If you have a nozzle with a diameter of 0.4 mm, please check if the letters are thicker than 0.4 mm.

I have also personally done this with Shapr3D and my Prusa MK4 and can confirm that they do print when using the .3mf format.

Thank you for your answer! Actually I figured it out, I had to set the wall generator to “Arachne” and then everything worked finde
