Overlapping colours issue

Love the new visualisation feature but I’ve noticed an issue when transparent colours overlap.

I created a design with several coloured glass cylinders… When the blue cylinder is observed through the yellow cylinder one would expect to see green but it appears everything is just tinted yellow and the blue disappears. Likewise, when the yellow cylinder is observed through the blue cylinder, everything is just tinted blue and the yellow disappears.

It would be great to see a more accurate transparent colour overlap.

Hi @welshsteve , yes, that’s a known issue for refractive transparent materials. Rendering multiple transparent refractive materials real time is a very hard problem to solve. It’s not impossible, and we will fix this over time, but I can’t tell you right now when we will do it.
