Quarter-Twisted Square Torus

How can i design this?

I tried to make a quarter twisted square ring ,but i cant twist the last square.
How Could i do this?

Maybe try this:

• split the body along that last face. You may need to add a construction plane with the “at angle to edge” with the angle 90 degrees on edge in your red circle
• hide the piece you don’t want to adjust
• twist the face
• union the two bodies

for this kind of shape, you should consider sketching the profile (the diamond-shape figure) and then simply revolve it.
