Hello. What would be an efficient way to get around this sketch of a pendant? Like radial symmetry?

I assumed it’s the outer part you want help with, so I used Pattern on one extruded part around 360 degrees.

Did you use a spline to outline the sun’s rays? Could you please show how you did this? I’m new to 3D modeling
Yes I used Control Spline for that part.
