Hi, I was wondering how long the refund tickets take to get a response from and if they count for the 14 day refund period. I sent a couple the past 2 days with no response.
I was automatically subscribed to 1 year long plan for Shapr3d Pro. I already canceled my subscription. So I was just wondering what exactly happens during the refund process.
