Regarding Shapr Account

Hi, Istvan and team. I just want to confirm that my Pro subscription is set up to renew automatically via the credit card you have on file. May I get feedback on this?

Also, can you tell me the date of the year this comes around? Since this event comes once a year, it is difficult to easily track.

Just go to Settings, Tap on Your Name, then Subscriptions. It tells you when the billing cycle is. See included image. We don’t need to bog down the CEO with these questions.

Thanx, McD, but, Shapr doesn’t appear, that is why l’m needing info regarding the way my subscription is set up. On two occasions in the past, my subscription expired resulting in my losing designs and up time. Appreciate your input!
