Upgrade SHAPR3D Pro from Monthly Subscription to Annual?

I have had a “monthly” PRO account for over a year. Started with it monthly to see if it would work. After a year, definately want to keep it… but would prefer switching to a “annual/yearly” payment as opposed to once a month.

I can’t find any option to do so. I have tried contacting SALES but have not heard anything back. Is there a way to switch the billing? The only other alternative I can see is establish a new account and cancel the original but then I believe I would lose access to all my existing designs?

Is there a way to do so?

Peter

Best of luck! My immediate thought is to cancel the monthly subscription in your account settings, wait for the last month that you paid for to end, and then use the pricing page to sign up for the 25/month billed annually plan?

It’s very possible that you have already tried this of course. I’d just like to help if there’s a small chance you haven’t tried this <3

Haven’t tried it… yet. Would need to figure out how to “save” my designs before I cancel the old account and move them somehow to the new account.

You would think this was an option… or at least… someone from Shapr3d would get back to us on it. Hate to think they don’t care.

Nothing special will happen when the last monthly subscription expires. You can work with the last two workspaces, except for exporting. If the monthly subscription expires, you can subscribe for an annual subscription on their website with the same username. I started this way years ago, but the difference is that my monthly subscription was not continuous, only when I had projects. But you can try the: support@shapr3d.com . I’ve always been answered here.
