Removing part from tube precisely

Hi all,

I have an issue I’d like to ask help for.

The task is to remove a part out of a pipe in 90 degree angle regarding the edge. Additionally one end of this removing part shows a half circle. After removing this part out of the pipe, an exact counterpart is to create to generate a kind of a sliding-in part. In 2-D it is no problem but in 3-D I don’t know how to. Using the transfer tool didn’t work.

Look at this. Duplicate model and then use subtract and intersect model.
