I think companies, Shapr3D included, should start rewarding people who pour time and effort into beta tests and surveys.
What I see a lot of in here and in other forums are people dedicated to their craft and willing to help out others. People willing to share and help create an amazing software from the initial wireframe.
Yes, in this case, Shapr may have started the ball rolling, but the real users, people who pay to use the program, have exposed all the flaws and shared the workarounds that really build this software and make it functional.
It almost makes me wonder if developers just hope this will happen so they can freely polish up the product.
Those people should be rewarded with super discounts, free years of service or at the very least, t-shirts and not just “we’re (sip wine, try on a new shirt, swipe right) working on it”.
