Shapr update slow and broken files

Not sure what the recent update was but holy shit has it ruined my day. I’ve been fighting a file that slowed down a ridiculous amount all day and now it’s broken so I can’t open it.

I’ve sent the file into support but does anyone know any workarounds to getting back on track?

To add to this, can’t even upload the file to Shapr.

Hey, @Shaun , the support portal has a size limit, and your attachment must have exceeded that.

Can you please try an alternative way?
