Hi, currently we are focusing on the iPad Pro, and we don’t have an ETA for any other ports.

I have come to understand now from searching the web that it is Windows that’s the problem. I have had the same intermittent crashes coming at 20 min intervals more frequently now today when working on my new Surface Pro(Win 11 Pro) and it seems that it has nothing to do with Shapr from what I’ve read.
There is a problem with BITS in Windows still after all these years and it is a pain to try to fix it. Background services in other words seems to make Windows still the Ford Pinto of softwares. Most likely the reason behind these crashes. God, I have spent near 30 years with Microsoft, 6 years with Aplle and must say that I might just dump this and get a nice Imac instead!
