Solidworks sldprt files won't open

I have just moved from Solidworks to Shapr3D as I find it easier to use and it works on a MacOS with M processor, however I have old Solidworks sldprt files that don’t seem to want to open. Shapr 3D recognises the files and tries to open them but ends up with a failed import alert
