Split ikea pegboard

Hello please am stuck and i need help, i designed this pegboard of dimension 720mm x 720mm am trying to split the design into 6 different sections of 240mm each, trying to achieve a modular skadis pegboard that has a center piece and joins perfectly well when 3D printed in 240mm, please am stuck and don’t know how to go about splitting it

You need only make 3 models. 1 corner, 1 central edge, 1 inner piece.

You will need about 0.25 - 0.35 mm tolerance on the out protruding bits to get it to assemble easily.

Not to scale but you get the idea? And you don’t have to use circles… t-slots?

Apply your slot pattern to that and you could print a whole wall.

For simply splitting you could use an offset plane.

Been able to figure it splitting it out, not looking to add a key as i will be modeling a seperate key that will be used to attach them together from behind
