hi, I have been using shapr3d for quite a long time, but I never had this bug, when I try to export a single item all seems to well untill I click save (in the final folder I wanna save the file in) well at that point the app doesn’t save anything in the folder and in the app page appears the starting page (make your design flow - get started) and I don’t know how to get rid of this annoying bug.

Could you try logging in, then logging out, and back in again? We are investigating the issue, but in the meantime it could help.
ok I did it once again, this time without logging in in the first page, but I waited to finish the tutorial and then log in, and this time it worked, I successfully exported an stl file, thank you so much for the help
