STL format

I have imported a STL file and I want to see how to bring up the black outlines as attached photo

Any idea ?..

Short answer: you can’t. S3D doesn’t support editing of STLs. You’d have to import the STL into an application that can do a BRep conversion and then export for importation into S3D, assuming the STL is not too complex for the app to convert. Even then, the conversion often ends up with strange artifacts.
