If I am in dark-mode and my body is black, then I need to endlessly change the colour of the body when designing (black on black is almost invisible) and visualising.
The colour of a body in design mode should be distinct from its colour in visualisation mode.
THIS is indeed the problem that prevents me on using Shapr’s visualization at all. I can’t stand those kitschy colors in a technical drawing. I rather take the tedious route of exporting and visualizing it in cadmio.
There are already several threads regarding this.
I really like the new visualization feature, but after having set a material as black ABS, I can hardly see it on a dark background and the shading is all black when unselected.
When I model, I rarely use “material color”, but rather “functional color” to distinguish the parts more easily. Now with materials, I feel this option has gone missing, what do you think?
