Yes, but maybe offer the online application as OnShape?

I live in a country where Apple prices are very high. As a community of S9 Ultra owners, we have been waiting for this for a long time.

still waiting :smiling_face_with_tear:

I completely understand the desire to access the app from a more affordable device — I really do.

However, I strongly doubt that Shapr3D will support Android anytime soon.

To a regular user, it might seem like just a whim of the company, but that’s not the case. Android is a completely different platform that would require writing an entirely separate codebase.

On top of that, there are so many different Android tablets, with very loose standardization. Even when it comes to something as specific as stylus support, there are already too many variables.

From what I’ve observed, the Shapr3D team prefers to stay focused and not spread themselves too thin, which is why I doubt Android support is coming anytime soon — or ever, for that matter.

I would not hold out hopes for Android. They officially said it’s not on their Roadmap and you know what that means.

We haven’t yet gotten what’s on their Roadmap! :joy:.

Price of iPad ain’t that bad, the cheapest regular iPad $349 USD, buy clone pencil for $15 buck will probably better than similar priced New Samsung Tablet, I have S8Ultra (regret the purchase).

Also if Shapr3d wanted to do Android! Suggestion call up Android Porting Dev Agencies in India they will take your IOS work and port it. Than you realize market Share of Android and how many of those will need 3d CAD on it.

Remember how they refused to support — or even allow downloading — the old pre-HBPM version? Do you really think they’ll support something rewritten by Indians?

If they have the proven record of delivering, things are mature now days!

I would say these are more of Accounting Problem.

Yes, sadly, although we repeatedly asked for it. I don’t really know why they don’t share it to their own paying users, though.
