Transform start position improvement

Hi,
just some feedback regarding the transform tool. I designed a deck and obviously it has many long planks. However, whenever I want to move a plank, I use the transform tool, select the plank, and then want to move it. After this, I must always first zoom out to find the transform “axes arrows”. It would be much more useful if the axes were in the view pane. Often one wants to position the end of a long object, not the middle.

Thanks fro the feedback. The transform tool needs a lot of improvements, especially the gizmo. We are working on this.
