Turn off Grid Lines

Let us turn off Grid Lines, if we are not utilizing grid lines.

It’s generally distracting but even more so if you are at an weird angle.

I feel like I have Vertigo.

I think almost everything should be off-turnable, it would just be so much easier for the devs and the users too. Seems like the community is noticing this too- everyone wants to turn off some specific features - the easiest would be to make everything have a toggle.

I’m the one who turns grid lines off almost every time I start a new design. Just in case you don’t know this workaround: you can lock the grid to the smallest available size — it mimics the grid-off state.

Great! I alwys did it by zooming out. This is better.

On the iPad I use the grid, on the desktop I initially use grid during the sketch phase and turn if off later.

I like to toggle it on and off, by default Off on the Desktop and On on the iPad.

I think iPad is where it got me using the Grid.
