Hello, Thanks for looking at my post.
I am trying to do the first video of the bracket. When I resize the tutorial video in Shapr it losses all imagery. The only thing left is the dialog. When its small in the corner the part is there but is too small to see what is going on. When I resize to make it bigger, POOF, it’s gone. Anyone know how to resize without loosing the video? Running windows 10

What is your exact Windows version, and devices specifications? I’m running the latest Windows 10, with the app version 5.420, and haven’t been able to reproduce this issue.

What’s the Shapr3D version you are running and experiencing this issue?

Could you update to the latest version (5.420) and let us know if the issue is still there? Otherwise, a GPU driver update might also help.
